I’m new to bee keeping. I live in the lower saucon area of pennsylvania. I’m almost there to winterize my hive. However I just have one question. Can I use a moisture board and a candy board together? Or can I only use one for one type of feeding?
You can use a candy board and then put a moisture quilt in a box above that. The candy board will also help absorb some of the moisture.
It is quite late to be winterizing your hive - how are you bees doing on resources? Mites?
