Clear honey! Which flowers? - northern rivers, NSW, Australia

Has anyone got any suggestions for the flowers that the light honey comes from? I have never had or probably even seen honey this clear before. I am near the coast, northern rivers, NSW.
The jar on the right is from a topbar hive, honey just harvested, probably a year old.
The jar on the left is from Flow hive frames, honey just harvested, no more than 2 months old.
In August I cleaned all 6 flow frames as they were not opening - all gummed up with wax. (I will create a post on how I cleaned them.)
When I opened the flow frames the liquid was so clear I thought it was water flowing out. But it was honey, same viscosity as I usually get, and has a lovely floral smell.
Any ideas?
Tom.

Hi Tom, given the lovely floral smell I highly doubt it’s just sugar syrup, but that can be the reason ‘honey’ is so clear

Around here, the early spring honey resembling your description is from certain tree flowers - basswood or maple, typically. I don’t know if those species grow where you are though.

Hi Tom, I think the best guide is to recall what has been in flower during the period the honey came in.

In my case, a lot of Tallowoods have been in blossom, as well as Bluegums. I tell people who ask that it’s a Tallowood, Bluegum blend.

As a matter of interest, I recall seeing a range of honey colors, ranging from white, which is lighter in color than yours, right up to dark amber, which I would suggest your other jar is.
