Something only a hipster bee keeper could appreciate… :joy:

I made a one off custom Jarrah wood handle for my J-hive tool!

The new handle ergonomics is perfect for my grip and the balance is on point.

The added heft and overall quality feels alot better now too :slight_smile:

Still deciding on coatings, options include lemon oil, boiled linseed oil, tung oil or wax dipping :thinking:

That’s very nice! I like the feel of wood so much better than metal!
Here’s a bee herding tool that is interesting. I have one and it takes a little patience, but they scoot out of the way!
