Very difficult to advise on local honey producing flowers.
Recommend you find a mentor and or join a local club, go to a local apiary and just ask your questions.
There are a lot things you will have in common with new bee keepers so I suggest you go to the search box (the magnifying thingy) in top right corner and search “new beekeeper” and read the replys the OP’s were given.
