New bees just up and left

@Fish-head3, Duncan just one point. I have learnt more on this forum than anywhere else. There are some very level headed, experienced beekeepers whom spend a lot of their time on here helping us newbees out. Yet they aren’t big headed, even saying that they are still learning themselves about bee keeping.
You could learn a lot, by spending as much time on here as you can.

Just found this post, Duncan - did you get more bees or will you be aiming to try again next season? Stick with us, lots of good bee-buddies are always around :innocent::+1:

Yes, thank you and thanks to others on this forum that have inquired. I bought a nuc about 2 months ago and all the residents seem to have settled in well. I last looked about 3 weeks ago (trying not to poke my nose in too often) and there was new comb being built. Daily take offs and landings at the hive entrance are higher than the Sydney airport. So far, so good. Its been a very wet summer and hopefully they will be well entrenched by he time winter comes along.
