That’s a great ride! I did most of that on a vintage harley. I started in Los Angeles. What a great experience!

Added a new feeder the other day.
For those of you using the new Flow Hive 2 with the sloped landing board, the entry feeders don’t sit all that well and can actually create a fulcrum lever and cause the brood box to gap slightly. To solve this, I added a 1/2" dowel under the feeder and on top of the landing board. The weight of the feeder keeps it in place and the bees eventually secure it with the sticky stuff.

Sorry, I did not tell you about that. I have several shims under mine. Yours looks much better than mine.
