Just wondering if when I’m painting the Flowhive If I should paint the front landing pad on the bottom board… I know I don’t want to paint the inside of the hive but wondering about the landing step? Will it discourage the bee’s?

You will want to treat any part of the hive that is exposed to the elements. The landing board would definitely be included in that, so I would.
