Chasing someone who is the NSW Newcastle area to do a trap out? I’ve tried a few associations to no avail… anyone available? It’s in a double brick building… 
I think most beekeepers realise that it just doesn’t work in most cases and as such don’t want to waste their time. I know a couple of guys in Sydney who do cutouts as part of their livelihood and can have the bees out in one day but they don’t bother with trapouts and you will have to pay them for the travel time and the work.
But, persist. You never know if someone wants to give it a go.
