Type of bee uses

Can we use any type of BEE in this invention?

Any type of european honey bee or bee in general? There are thousands of varieties. I would stick with the European variety (apis mellifera) with the possibility that the Asian honey bee (apis cerana) may also work, thought I am not sure if this has been verified. Is this what you mean Frandy?

The only type of bee I’d suggest you think about is European Honeybees.

I don’t think so, from what I know the A. Cerana used different size of comb . .
here in my country, beekeeper said foundation for A. Cerana won’t work with A. Mellifera & foundation for A. Mellifera won’t work with A. Cerana.

I think this invention only work with A.M . .

The Flow™ Hive has been specifically designed and tested for use with the European honey bee (Apis mellifera).

We believe the Flow™ frames should work well with most if not all subspecies of Apis mellifera, although we have not had time to trial this.
