Why are my bees uncapping a frame after we harvested 3 frames. We have had 29 jars so far and at least 4 frames are still full.
We are in the uk.
They are tidying up! 
You made gaps in their home, so now they are finishing off the rearranging to get it back to the way they like it. If there is space in the brood box, they may even take the remaining honey down there, as the season will soon be over.

Thanks for that,they have certainly been busy,we harvested 3 frames before we went away for a week and the had refilled them a week later,I couldn’t believe it.
I can honestly say that it has been the most fascinating hobby ever.A steep learning curve and we got our first honey after 3 years,a wonderful
experience and the honey was a lovely extra.
