Your post title question is very broad, and before you can get a reliable answer, we need more information. I want to help you, but there are many, many possibilities…
There seem to be a mixture of hive frames there. Some deeps, some mediums, some old some new. Where did the foundation in the paler frames come from? US or China? What is the story for the darker frames?
If in doubt, I always burn/scorch or discard. However, without more information, it is hard to advise
