Is it legally okay for me to sell my honey as "Flow Hive Honey"?

Thanks for creating this thread and for asking about the use of our trademarks and logo.

The logo and the word "Flow’ is trademark protected for all uses relating to beekeeping (eg Flow Honey, Flow Hives, Flow Frames etc) Unauthorised use is illegal.

While you cannot call your honey “Flow Honey” or "Flow Hive Honey’ or anything similar, we are generally happy for you to mention on your label or in your marketing material that your bees live in Flow Hives, that this allows honey to be extracted without opening the hives, and anything else you’d like to say about how healthy and happy that makes your bees!

If you’d like to do that, please email us to ask our permission, and (with your permission) we can post it for fellow honey producers to use.
