is there someone out there with an exact metric plan for building a second broodbox?

It is simply an 8 frame Langstroth deep box. Plans are publicly available (via Google if you need). External dimensions are 20" long by 14" wide and 9.5" deep. The wood used is nominally a “one by” so it is normally about 7/8" thick (not one inch thick), but all of the rebates/rabbets are completely standard according to the Reverend Langstroth’s original plans.
