We sold a couple of 8 frame nucs to Flow hive customers recently (the first one by request) for $300.00 on a pickup basis & swap the empty frames. It makes a lot of sense because there’s lots of sealed & emerging brood, meaning that with a continued honey & pollen flow, it wont be long before the colonies want to move into the honey supers.
Edit: PS, for anyone interested, there’s no need to glue the wooden starter strips into the frames. It’s easier to remove them, when they’re not glued in.
