I have never raised bees before, but as much honey as my wife goes through I needed to do something…HaHa1 I’m excited about the flow and can not wait to get it. Hopefully by this time next year I can harvest some for her.
Welcome! It is wonderful you are looking after your wife and her honey addiction 
You will find that you will become obsessed with the bees. It is unavoidable. I recommend that you contact local beekeepers and clubs to get yourself started. In the meantime there is plenty to read through and digest within this forum.
