Best time of Day to Add Flow Super, Perth, WA, Australia

Hi guys, we are new to beekeeping and have a brood box that is ready to have the Flow Super added. We are in Perth and am hoping that someone could advise the best time of day to do this which will have the least impact on our colony?

As @Dee says, any time between 10am and 3pm is optimal. If this is the first time you are using it, I highly recommend that you smoosh a bit of burr comb from the hive onto the face of the plastic Flow frames, to make them smell of the hive.
