I have 2 hives and 2 bottom tray very different. I don t know how to read what I see. Are they experienced beekeeper to help me unlock the secret message of the bees?

Welcome to the forum. I don’t see anything particularly nasty in either tray, but there doesn’t seem to be enough brood. I’m not sure about the white debris at the right of the bottom tray. The top tray has four or five frames of brood, but the bottom one doesn’t look good. I suggest you inspect both hives soon to assess whether they need help. The small one might be queenless. Is there much activity at the entrance?
Every time you go into the hives, check the trays to see how it reflects your observations of the colony. You’ll soon learn how to interpret your trays.
