Unable to get honey out of flow chambers

Hello,

I have honey filled flow chambers and cannot get honey out with the key. I use the top to turn the get downward as seen in the videos and honey will not flow out. Are there any suggestions?

I would open the frame in sections, but I think your key might be in the wrong slot :blush:

I have one suggestion, assuming the key is in the correct slot, forcibly hold the key in the open position. Sometimes the cells are slow to open, therefore holding the key (2 keys are better) in the open position allows the cells to open in their own time. This is based op past experience with a client’s Flow hive.

One thing to bear in mind is that the cap wont go back in while the cells are open. You need to close the cells before the cap will go back in.

Which one? Using the lower slot, or holding the key in place? :wink:
