I am actually asking for a friend who is not of the forum but has a flow. He put his super away in a tote and did not clean. He wants to know if it could be put in the dishwasher? I have my opinion Like NO but I told him I would ask the experts… How can he clean the propolis, wax moth dirty super. Any cleaning product? He is in the Midwest US. Thanks in advance.
The dish washer will block up from the wax so there is no way I would consider that as viable. The laundry sink, lots of hot water(as hot as is comfortable is ok) with dish washing detergent and a soft scrubbing brush and elbow grease then a rinse under running water and air drying.
