Adjusting the flow frame screws so frames sit firm in the super

I seem to remember watching a video where Cedar talked about adjusting the flow frame screws so the flow frames fit snug in the box. I have searched all the videos but cant find this particular one. Can anyone post a link to it please? Thanks so much.

Stuart covered this adjustment with the langstroth 10 frame super modification. See the Youtube video below from about the 10:30 minute mark. Cheers rod
