This is my first year beekeeping. I enthusiastically harvested honey from one of the super frames for the first time and a lot of bees came out with the honey. I now know to check my super frames
before harvesting! I checked the frame today and can see where they are getting through. But how do I fix this? See attached photos. Thank you

              Welcome to the forum, Hillary.
I’ve only seen Flow frames break like that when they’ve been irradiated, but plastic can snap under load.
Reach out to the Flow people for help. They might send you replacement segments to fit at home. Disassemble the frame, clean it in warm soapy water, reassemble with the replacement parts and you’re off to the races. They’ll probably send you a replacement frame if your hive is new.
Cheers,
Mike

Just check whether the section is broken or just misaligned. I had a misaligned section in one frame and only noticed it by finding bees in the collection trough then closely inspecting. It was fairly easy to put it back in place by prising off the lower wire.
