DHL has shipping issues

Today DHL sent an out for delivery text 3 times. DHL claimed they stated it was put on the wrong truck. Again, we confirmed our delivery. The 4th text at 8:28 pm, DHL wanted us to contact their Customer Service concerning they were unable to deliver due to no address. Hmm?

How can DHL sort a box with no address? Then confirm it was placed on wrong truck? Then claim they had no address? Yet, the box made it from Brisbane to Morrisville, NC.

What is the best way to handle this issue?

Looks like they are living up to their initials again:

Drop it
Hide it
Lose it

= DHL

I guess you have to take it up with DHL. Not much that the Flow Team can do once they have the package, unless you need to make an insurance claim.
