I need to raise my Flowhive ,will it effect they bees if the entrance is higher than the height they are use to?

No, they will work it out… eventually
A vertical move is a bit simpler than a horizontal one. But again if you use the rule of moving ~1m at a time then you’ll be fine.

Thank you for the advice ! I just need to raise the hive as the water dragons and cane toads are
enjoying free meals at the moment.
I have have had a stand made which will raise the Flow Hive 600mm so hopefully out of the reach
of the toads and water dragon.
