Can these bee hives be used effectively in Sub Saharan Africa where I learnt that the bees are able to produce enough wax. won’t the wax block these holes
I’m sure any variety of Apis mellifera will do fine. Wax is supposed to block the holes. When you crack it open the wax will break.
