What is the exact size of the coreflute insert for a 6 frame hive?
475mm x 310mm x 3mm. You can use a little thicker available from bunnings and just cut to size.
I fill all the holes with a bit of no more gaps as ants like nesting in there.
@Gaz gave you a very precise answer, which will be better than mine. I measured the width of mine yesterday (Flow hive classic) and it was 12.75". 
Seems like mine is a little wider than Gary’s, coz that would be 323mm

That’s a lot of variation. I have 3 and all are the same size. Maybe the brood box size was bigger in earlier builds?
