[Solved] Missing items: Flow Hive Hybrid - Flow Frame & Tube

My family and I recently ordered a Flow Hive Hybrid, and we are about to finish assembling it today. However, we noticed that the 3 Flow Frames and the Flow Tube were not included (there are only wooden parts). Do we have to order those separately? We thought they were included with the Flow Hive Hybrid order.

We are panicking because we placed an order for a new queen to be shipped on June 9, and if we place a new order for the Flow Frame and Tube now, it might not arrive in time.

EDIT: I checked the website again, and under “What’s in the box,” it says that 3 Flow Frames and Flow Tubes are included.

Please help.

I received an email saying that the frames are still on transit.

Hi Jackie and welcome! Glad you got things figured out with the shipment. I just wanted to reassure that you won’t need (and should not use) the super on your hive if the colony is just being established.
