Ten out of ten for product support

A few weeks ago I posted that I was unable to harvest a full FlowHive super because the lifting mechanism in the top tunnel shattered when trying to turn the lever. I put it down to age (about 7-8 years) though still thought this was a somewhat short life-span so reported it, with photos, to the FlowHive people. The response was unhesitating. The code on the frames matched a suspect early batch and the frames are being replaced. I didn’t ask or expect this, which only amplifies my appreciation for both the responsiveness and product support.
