Help! My mum and I just unpacked the second set of flow frames and one was too lose and fell apart. I know there’s an instruction Video on this but I can’t find it. Can anyone provide a link?
Here are some videos which may help:

I purposely took mine apart just so I could put it back together while calm sitting at my dining room table. I did it actually a couple of times. I didn’t want to be in a situation next to the hive or somewhere else at my Bee club showing it off and not understand how to do it. It’s very simple I would certainly suggest everyone practice.
Thanks! I found the right video and was able to reassemble the frame. Phew! It was interesting so see the parts and how they are put together. ^^
I also tried and it worked for me, now watching video was interesting to know it more little tricks of it.
I would send Flow Hive an email so that they know they have a problem with their quality control, a frame falling apart simply shouldn’t happen if it has the right wire tension when it is assembled.
Cheers
@Peter48 Yes it should not.
Check every section. This happened to me and as easy as it is to put together several of the connector pins were broken.
I sent pics to Flow.
Flow replaced the full frame within days.
