Hi i did a Super inspection last week and every frame was 90% full and capped with white caps. I didnt have time to harvest and went away for a week. Today I looked through the side frames and all the caps look black. Does this mean its wet ? or mouldy ? Is it ok to harvest ? Thanks for any wisdom! Im in sydney Australia - mid summer but has been humid

Welcome to the forum. There’s nothing to worry about. When the caps are white, there’s a tiny air gap under them. When they look dark like yours, the honey is touching the wax, no air gap.
