Hi, i live in a sugar can growing area in central QLD. Got interested in making rum from molasses. Built a still, made lots of good rum. The best is when i added some honey to the final product. The honey smooths out the taste & turns it into an exellent sipping rum & there is an obvious honey influence. Next to make some mead!!
