Hi I just opened my flow 2 threw the bits out and started to build. But - only one pack of screws is in the box. The roof screw pack isn’t there.
Can you get spares or the dimensions to grab some from the hardware shop.

We are almost all hobby beekeepers on this forum, so your question is probably better sent directly to Flow. If you e-mail them with your order number and your question to info@honeyflow.com, they will very likely send you out a pack of the correct screws. If you prefer, they will probably tell you the exact type, so that you can buy them yourself. Hope this helps!

The flow team are very quick to resolve problems regarding missing components - I initially had a missing leg bracket on my flowhive2+. This was promptly resolved after communicating the problem.
