I am located in Alabama us. I ordered mine last September and received it on April 14. There was a shipping error that delayed it and I should have received it on March 26th. When I first made the purchase schedule delivery was mid February. I have received both frames and body just in time for my Bees to arrive this weekend. It seems to me that FLOW had typical startup challenges but they seem to be overcoming now.
I got my shipping notification last night. FEDEX tracking number info shows it arriving on the 26th. I would agree it appears that there has been significant improvement regarding inventory available to fill the orders that are coming in.
Can anyone tell me if they got a shipping notification when the flow frames shipped? I got one with the flow hive and it has arrived. Thanks.
I am about to order my flow hive today, but I fear it might not arrive on time for my 11th of June departure to South Africa. Has anyone in London ordered the flow hive? How long did it take to be delivered? I am going to kick myself in the head if I have waited too late!!!

Our shipping time-frames are listed under the price on our product description.
Orders ship in 1-3 business days for most products. They ship throughout Europe from our Netherlands dispatch warehouse.
So, orders are normally received in about a week.

I’m just about to check-out and pay, when I notice the two options for delivery: GLS Ground Service (2 to 3 business days) and DHL Express Worldwide (5 business days). There is an almost €170 price difference between the two, with DHL Express being the more expensive option. I’m mildly perplexed. Any advice?

Is it possible to amend my order? I replied to the confirmation email and used the website to send an email (which I discovered sends to the same address…), apologies for the overkill.

It looks like I’ll be receiving my order today! Just a pity that I would only be able to set it up in July when I’m back in Cape Town. That, at least, gives me ample time to get ready for my first colony of Apis mallifera capensis.

Everything has arrived at the same time and in mint condition. I’m thoroughly impressed.
However, I now have no space in either of my suitcases for clothes etc for my move back to South Africa. 
(The dog’s name is Bella. She belongs to our housemates)
So they didn’t Drop it, Hide it or Loose it?
Time to go back to detention…
